"Opinion"? I'd say it was a fact that for this person the number didn't work. I have been unable to contact HP via several phone numbers over months trying to get help for my new HP computer. Finally, I had to pay for an outside tech. to solve some problems. I still have a problem trying to connect my HP laptop to my wireless computer and HP support--- again--- can't give me an answer.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I have responded to my private msge. and we will see how they respond. I find this whole process very time consuming with so many hoops to jump through just to get an answer how to connect my new HP computer to my wireless printer--- you need to provide a much easier means to receive help---chat, phone numbers that work, or email with quick response.
