Hi Paul,

I have the same  id for the generic bluetooth adapter in that topic

USB\VID_0CF3&PID_311D&REV_0001

USB\VID_0CF3&PID_311D

 

but when I to opened the link to download the driver i found that now is down.

 

Could you help me please?

You need this W7 bluetooth driver for that ID...

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Atheros Bluetooth in the supported notebook models and operating systems.
