Bought a laptop today.

I am installing drivers and software.

Almost clean laptop and I noticed the problem.

Almost every 30 seconds (it may be more, it may be less) there are friezes on the WiFi 5Ghz network. I've tried everything - reset the network settings, update different versions of drivers, remove the device and reinstall it, but no results. Just at a random moment, packet loss occurs and that's it.

What should I do about it?

Device and driver version:

Sometimes ping can just jump a lot, but packet loss happens more often. Part of the ping results at 8.8.8.8:

And I’ll say right away that it’s definitely not the router. I have another laptop nearby and now it has absolutely no problems on the 5Ghz network, the signal is as stable as possible.

Update 1. I also found that the laptop does not connect to 2.4Ghz networks at all.

Update 2. And I also found that the signal is unstable starting from the router. That is, ping jumps and packet loss occur when the router pings.
