Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter not working cannot start. (Code 10)

i am using HP notebook 15 r243tx and using the same adapter. 

my adapter stop working randomly then i reinstall it and after restart it seems well but the problem starts any random time when use the laptop i am bit harassed plz suggest something

I have a few steps to resolve the issue:  

• Since you've already reinstalled drivers, I would recommend using an Ethernet cable (Wired) and update your Wi-Fi drivers using this link  

• Update the bios by visiting this link or through support assistant using an Ethernet cable.  

• Now try to connect to the internet wireless.    

The best way to resolve the issue is by using the HP Guided Troubleshooter:
