Hi:

I don't know what drivers you installed, but here are the links to the latest W10 wifi and Bluetooth drivers HP has for that model wifi adapter.

If you have not installed these, you may want to give them a try...

Restart the PC after installing the drivers.

Wifi Driver:

2024.0.8.107/2024.0.4.108 Jun 5, 2019

This package contains the DCHU driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8188EE, RTL8723BE, RTL8723DE, RTL8821CE, and RTL8822BE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook and desktop models running a supported Windows 10 or Windows 10 Cloud operating system.

Bluetooth driver:

1.6.1015.3008 Jun 11, 2019

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp97001-97500/sp97009.exe

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.
