Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was on my laptop today when my wifi suddenly disconnected, I've tryed reconnecting but I cant fine any wifi networks. My wifi is working fine on my other devices. After troubleshooting the problem is says that the realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCle Adaptor is experiencing driver - or hardware-related problems. Can someone help please?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer is to see if this works...

 

Go to the device manager.  Click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category.

 

The RTL8821CE should be showing up there with a little ! mark next to it.

 

Right click on the RTL8821CE wifi adapter, select Uninstall and check the uninstall driver box.

 

Restart the PC, and see if Windows corrects the problem.

 

Then update the wifi driver to the latest version.
