Please help! I can not access the internet at all. We run of of mobile Hotspot so no ethernet at all. We have the error code for realtek 8188ee.11 wifi adapter experiencing driver or hardware related problems. I have trouble shotted every which way and nothing. I have deleted the drive and restarted and nothing. I can not contact trouble shoot support because I can't not connect to the internet. I'm at a loss here. My child needs this do school work.

Hi:
You left out what operating system you're running on the notebook.
If you are running W10 on the notebook, the only suggestion I can offer would be to see if updating the wifi driver to the latest version resolves the problem.
This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8188EE, RTL8723BE, RTL8723DE, RTL8821CE, RTL8822BE, RTL8822CE and RTL8852AE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook and desktop models running a supported Windows 10 or Windows 10 Cloud operating system.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp112001-112500/sp112305.exe
Since you probably don't have internet access on the PC, download the file from another PC, copy it to a USB flash drive, plug the flash drive into your HP 15 notebook and run the file from there.
