Product: HP ENVY 6452e All-in-One Printer

I clicked EWS page for my printer  on Settings> Security> Password Settings and I had set a custom password months ago, which I can't remember now I can't log in to change my settings.

HP Recommended

So I called HP Support and was told that someone would send me a link with specific instructions for this printer on how to reset the local EWS page for the local printer .... I am not sure what to think
