Hello! How can I open the SIM Card Slot of my HP Elite book x360 1030 G2? I've read that must be pushed in and then pulled out after a click, but the slot seems not to be push able (it doesn't move if pressed).

 

I cannot insert my SIM card.

Your machine does NOT have WWAN option, therefore SIM card is useless that why the SIM card slot is blocked.
