Product: HP Elite Dragonfly Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My DragonFly Elite has a SIM card slot. I prefer using that to logging onto insecure public WiFi when i travel. It worked fine for a few months, then, following a Windows update, it has stopped working. HP Support talked me through installing some drivers etc but it hasn't worked.

 

I'm really keen to resolve this as I'm paying for mobile data that i never use. I'm only guessing that the Windows update is responsible for the problem, but it does seem too coincidental not to be related.

 

When i look at the available networks on the wireless connection box, there used to be an option showing "Mobile Data", but that option simply doesnt exist any more.

 

Any help greatly appreciated.
