Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Last week I bought an "sandisk extreme pro portable ssd 500gb". Just connected with usb type a the device works but does not work if I use the usb type-c.

I have tested the portable ssd on a mac and it works using both type a and type c.
The type c port of my hp seems to work however because connecting a gopro this works correctly.
The operating system does not encounter any problems with the driver.
I tried to do a lot of tests: I uninstalled the drivers, I searched for new notebook drivers but no operation resolve the problem..
