Hi:
According to the parts list for your model, it comes with a Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter.
Here are the links to the W7 wifi and bluetooth drivers for that model wifi adapter...
This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, I don't know why the BT driver didn't work, since the wifi driver did.
It should have, and I wouldn't know what you need to do to get it to work.
Your notebook should not need a driver for the webcam.
It is USB powered, and as long as you installed the graphics and USB3 drivers for W7, then the webcam should be working just fine.
There is a HP Universal Webcam driver that you can try, but anyone I have ever given it to has told me it didn't work.
This package contains an HP Universal Camera Driver to support the integrated webcams in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

With modern notebooks today, it is recommended to just stick with the supported operating system (W10), or you run into issues like you are experiencing now, where you can't get everything to work correctly.

Thanks for your response. Yup i could see integrated bluetooth driver that comes along with windows 7. my concern here is am not able to connect my jbl bluetooth speaker with the lap..in order to make it possible do i need to install any 3rd party bluetooth driver that could suport audio device as wel rather than jus transferring files?
And with the above given link now able to install and access my webcam. Many thanks
And my laptop runs with the intel celeron processor & 2 gb ram which struggles to handle windows 10 and that is the reason i have to stick with windows 7. May i also know that upgrading of ram is possible with this machine? & How many RAM slots does this laptop has?

Hi:
It appears from the service manual that the notebook has 2 GB of fixed memory and you can install up to a 4 GB memory module for a total of 6 GB. See chapter 1, page 1 below...

The only other suggestion I can offer for the BT would be to try an older version of the W7 driver.
