Greetings @QandA2017

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you see a hotspot listed on your computer, it is off and you have not created it.

Don't worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Have you connected to any hotspot in the passed?

Does your computer have a sim slot?

Could you share a screenshot of the hotspot?

If you have not created any hotspot and you do not use it.

You can delete it if you want.

To delete the network.

Open network and sharing center by doing a right-click on the Network icon on the taskbar.

In network and sharing center window on the left side, you will have an option to manage wireless networks.

Click on it and delete the network. (Forget the network.)

Refer to this Article for network sharing.

Let me know if this helped.
