Hi,
My question: Does your machine have WWAN card ?
(a) If yes, does your provider dupport this ?
(b) If no, please ignore the setup and buy a right WWAN card for your country first.

Hi,
That is an option and you have to buy it with your machine. No one can confirm this for you because people must have your machine in front of them to check.
You can check it now using Device Manager > Network adapters.
