Thunderbolt 120W G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I see this topic has already been raised, but with a very unsatisfactory answer (paraphrased) "you should have got a 230W station". At no stage was I told that only a 230W station would work with my Z Book and now I have a $400 white elephant on my hands. Is there no way that I can upgrade by 120W station to 230W other than throwing away the 120W station and purchasing a new 230W station.

I am not happy.

Please note that close look at the Thunderbolt package and instructions does not say "this is unsuitable for a Z Book".

Come on HP where is your customer support and PR?

That's all very well; however that bulletin was not made available to me at time of purchase, and HP knew I had a Z Book 15 G6.

This particular Thunderbolt was advertised along with the computer; that is why I purchased it - just a few days after I took delivery of the computer (on 1st April).
