Slow Internet yet other unit in HHold is fine

HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-p245
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi i have very slow internet on this machine - 70% less than the other unit in the house.

all drivers, bios, windows are uptodate. only running one av programme - mcafee

 

checked everythong I can, any sugestions ??

There should be a couple of letters after 15-p245 (example 15-P245na). What are they?

 

I understand that your Internet is very slow on this notebook. Here is a link  to Common fixes for wireless connectivity issues. by Great-Deku Tree. Another one that may help is HP PCs - Slow Internet Troubleshooting (Windows 10, 😎. Please let  me know the outcome.
