My HP spectre x360 keeps crashing. I started getting blue screens.
The main problem is the Wi-Fi. Turn it off by clicking on it. If your computer stops crashing, you have identified the correct cause.
To have the internet again without your Spectre X360 crash, you need to download new driver.
My HP Spectre comes with Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 with driver version 20.70.18.2
This version causes the HP malfunction.
I upgrade to stable version by using another PC or connect to the internet using external LAN, or ask a friend to download it for you:
Windows® 10 WiFi package drivers 22.70.2 for the AX210/AX200/9000/8000 series Intel® Wireless Adapters.
Download: Windows® 10 Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters
Which will install the version : 20.70.25.2 or later.
After restart, turn the wi-fi back on and disable LAN.
Less crash, but after updating Flash to latest version, the problem seems to disappear.
Hope it can help solve your crash issues.
Have a nice day.
