My 360 laptop says I am connected to the internet but I can't browse nor ping a web site. I hooked two different usb-c network adapters and it says I am connected but I can't access nor ping web sites.

I've updated the wireless adapter, reset the it, uninstalled the Intel AC-9560 1560MHz adapter, reset the it via command prompt netsh command, flushed the DNS. changed the DNS servers to 1.1.1.1, 8.8.8.8, 9.9.9.9

One of the messages received is the DNS record cannot be found. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_Internet, ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED.

I've created a new user account with the same results. I have Edge and Chrome as my browsers.

Any suggestions to get back online is appreciated.
