Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

From day 1 the Wi-Fi on Spectre X360 has been an issue  HP has known about it since first release of product & has put out dozens of driver & bios updates but the problem returns every few weeks

I'm tired of de-installing drivers & re-install them just to use Wi-Fi.

I want a fix or a replacement laptop  I'm done playing games

I see many others have similar problems & other problems like overheating  if HP doesn't make this right [edit], which I hate to say but may be the only way to get them to fix their problems before releasing products & taking our money

These are not cheap laptops but they sure do function like junk!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
