Microsoft Windows 11

After two hours getting hung up on was pretty unbearable. I was given by a chat person who could not help with the problem. What is wrong with HP Support?

This will be my second go-round trying to solve the actual problem, which is that my wifi connection drops whenever I Move the laptop to a different room, or just sometimes when it is sitting there. The problem is in the laptop, not the wifi, since we have several other devices which are not affected.

I went through an entire reinstall of Windows in March, as the diagnosis was a "software problem," but that did not help. Clearly there is a hardware-level issue of some kind.

How do I get this solved without having to send the laptop to HP for a couple of weeks?? I can't afford to do that.

Hello @dbjstein

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information about the computer. This is not sensitive data.

It is allowed to publish it in public.
