Hello everyone,

I'm new here and this is my first question. I hope I can provide you all the information needed.

My laptop has always worked fine until yesterday (just some problems with the fan, it's a bit noisy). When I switched it on today, I found out that the Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter has stopped working all of a sudden. The problem is identified as code 43.

I must say that no upgrades were available yesterday evening when I switched the laptop off, so I really can't figure what happened (during the night). I hope you'll help me.

Thank you to all

Please try this to get info on the adapter...

WinKey + R    and type   cmd.exe getmac

repeat the getmac command when the screen opens and post the result.

C:\>getmac
Physical Address    Transport Name
=================== ==========================================================

B0-5A-DA-DE-84-28   Media disconnected

Then try ping 127.0.0.1   with no Ethernet connected.

C:\>ping 127.0.0.1

Thank you Lil_Boy_Blu but after being disabled and re-abled for 4 or 5 times, the adapter started working again. I sincerely don't why and how come but that's all I need. Anyway, I appreciate your interest and your help.
