Hi:

 

I am not a PC repair tech by trade or training.

 

I have given you the two possibilities...bad card...bad motherboard.

 

A bad card is cheap and easy to replace using the model I suggested.

 

A bad motherboard is expensive and hard to replace, and for a non-technical person, it would be better to buy a new notebook rather than try to do a major repair on an old notebook.

 

That is all the advice I can offer to you.

my wifi had 2 port on it. one is written main and another is written Aux.

In my wife card only 1 antenna wire is connected in main port.

Bluetooth and wifi both are working at same time

So your notebook only has one antenna cable?

 

Then you can't get the Intel card.

 

Let me find alternative cards that only use one antenna.

No Sir I am not talking about adding 2nd antenna .

I Think the antenna wire which was connected in adapter have some problems

is it possible to change that wire

This seller will ship the wifi card to India.

I could not find this part number on Amazon, India.

 

The antenna wire is not what is causing the wifi card to disappear.

 

If the antenna wire were bad, the card would still show up in the device manager.

 

It would just not have any reception.
