Good evening everyone

i am wondering if anyone else has experienced this type of problem before. I recently purchased an HP Probook 450 G8 i3 11th Gen, and having serious Bluetooth problems when connecting my Bluetooth mouse to my laptop.

I own 2 bluetooth mice, both being Microsoft Bluetooth mice and when connecting them to my pc, I experience this awful lag and stutter on my laptop. I have read a few threads on here about updating my Bluetooth and network adapter drivers but everything is up to date. I’ve also tried reinstalling my drivers but experience the same problem. Something interesting to note, is that I don’t experience this when my laptop is connected to my router 5GHZ frequency, and only on 2.4GHz.

anyone have any fixes for this ? I’ve also tried allowing the Bluetooth device not to power save but no change.

any help would be appreciated!

Sean
