HP 340S G7 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Faced this issue from last two days. Tried to troubleshoot by uninstalling and re-installing driver from hp site. Tried enable/disable network. Tried to release stored power from the laptop.

Nothing worked. done diagnosis and it came our as Failure ID: QE09WF-A15A9F-MFPXHA-88AT13 PRODUCT id: 9EJ44PA#ACJ

The diagnosis report says " The Test Found a communication problem between the network port and system board. The may need to be replaced...." HP Support did not help in creating and raising a service request, as it seems to be hardware failure. for 3 hrs I  was chatting with hp support and providing all the screenshots and diagnosis video, they disconnected the chat abruptly. and this happened 3 times today.
