I am trying to claim the warranty as this HP 240 Bluetooth mouse is not yet one year old and it has died. The batteries are new. Bluetooth connecting to other devices but not the mouse. I am unable to access support because when I put in the S/N I get the message: "Please enter a valid serial number". How do I proceed now?

Hi Alden4,

I keep getting stuck as the warranty page won't accept my S/N, which is strange as the mouse was bought from the HP website.

I'm throwing in the towel on this one unless you have something else to suggest.

Thanks for trying to help... seems it's a lost cause.
