Are you sure ? Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05962239#AbT10
It supports lt4132 LTE/HSPA+ 4G Mobile Broadband and please note
note:WWAN module is optional, must be configured at the factory, and requires separately purchased service contract. Check with service provider for coverage and availability in your area. Connection speeds vary due to location, environment, network conditions, and other factors. 4G LTE not available on all products, in all regions.
Regards.

Thanks for your reply and forgive me for my English
I am quite sure that lt4132 is the name given by hp to the ME906s modules supplied by huawei and carries an hp part number.
If you purchased an mt44 laptop with already installed wwan card and removed the back cover you will found an ME906s module.
Finally i realized that when i put the laptop on sleep mode and reopen it the module get listed in device manager and detect the signal of my service provider without any problem (i will attach screeshot).
So i read than the problem is that hp listed the specific me906s modules that carries its part number in the bios and even you purchased a compatible module but non carrying and hp part number it wouldn't work.
I see that completely unfair policy 🥺

HP uses hardware from many different vendors BUT to be able to run on HP machines most of them you have to use HP parts. Thay why it must be configured at the factory,
That's life. Hope this makes sense.
