Product: HP omen 15 (2020 ryzen model)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone, for the last 2 days I've been experiencing a problem in which my wifi and Bluetooth functions randomly disappear, preventing me from using wireless devices or connecting to the internet. Restarting the pc doesn't work at all, and the options go back to normal from time to time, and then disappear again. I have the Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz adapter

What is your HP omen 15 (2020 ryzen model)  ?  Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine

It is a CTO machine.  Its home page has older drivers. Please download and install the first item on the following link:
