17u273cl keyboard stopped workin and now I cannot login

Hello.

 

Reboot your laptop - when HP logo is displayed keep hitting Esc to bring up the boot menu, select diagnostics and test your keyboard. If you cannot get the boot menu to open, your laptop keyboard may have failed and needs to be replaced.

 

If the keyboard works in diagnostics, this is some sort of software problem in Windows. In that case an external keyboard is needed for further troubleshooting.
