The Tilt Pen that came with my HP Envy doesn't seem to be charging. I plugged it in and the red light comes on. And it blinks once periodically. But it's been plugged in for two days and it says it's still charging. What do I do?

@JSM74, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Tilt Pen Charging Issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It appears that your HP Tilt Pen is experiencing issues with charging. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

Check the Cable and Port: Ensure that the charging cable and port are free from dust and debris. Use a different USB cable and port to rule out any issues with the current setup.

Restart the Device: Sometimes, restarting the HP Envy laptop can reset the connection between the pen and the system.

Update Firmware: Check for any available firmware updates for your pen or HP laptop that may resolve charging issues. You can usually find firmware updates through HP Support.

Reset the Pen: Look into whether the HP Tilt Pen has a reset function (such as holding buttons for a certain duration) and try resetting it.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
