Newtwork and sharing center screen shows
This computer-unidentified network- internet
Diagnosed and repair- your modem or router is not available ive tried so many things idk whats wrong got it from a friend who says his grandma think she deleted something that connected to the internet if that help i factory rest still cant connect

Hi Carol
I believe network driver was deleted.
Start Device Manager by holding the Windows key and type R. Then enter devmgmt.msc in the Run dialog.
Expand Network Adapters and see if there are any "!" on the entries.
To install missing driver, you will need Windows Vista CD or Internet connection. It is probably easier to purchase a USB Ethernet or Wifi adapter that comes with driver CD. Something like this from Amazon.ca or Amazon.com.
