HP Recommended

I have tried the troubleshooter and nothing on that list (restart WiFi network adapter and network reset) works either.  As in doesn't seem to do anything  The WiFi is working for other devices.  Error message is 'there is a problem connecting to...'

Any ideas on cause or how to resolve?
