Microsoft Windows 11

I'm in the process of reinstalling Windows 11 for my cousin. His wife died and didn't tell him the password for their Envy notebook. The hard drive was encrypted using BitLocker. I think I have "deactivated" BitLocker, I'm in the process of reinstalling Windows 11. The notebook does not appear to have WiFi turned on since it's not finding any networks. How do I turn on Wi-Fi if I'm reinstalling Windows?

Never mind, I figured it out. I turned off BitLocker and have the laptop running Windows 11. I used an old adapter that allows me to plug a network cable into one end, and the other end plugs into a USB port.
