Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello community, I recently upgraded my windows from 10 to 11. Since then, i have been unable to connect my bluetooth. After several troubleshootig, i got an error message that i cannot update my window PCI driver.

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook, and please post the hardware ID of the PCI device that needs a driver.
