What is your machine ? Its processor and security chip may NOT meed Windows 11 requirements. If you wish to install Windows 11, you can use
Installing Windows 11 on devices that don't meet minimum system requirements
Few of my machines are the same, I don't bother to upgrade. They all have Intel Gen 6 processors.
