HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When connected:

Dual screen > works perfect

Loading battery: works perfect

When I shut down via Windows > works perfect

 

But when I want to start-up my laptop and press the button on my hub my Laptop doesn't start up unless I open it.

 

Please help !!!
