Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get "USB device not recognized" (Error code 43) when I plug a USB hub into the USB-C port on my hp-14-dk0731ms Laptop.  Still the same after I Uninstall and reinstall the driver.  The hub works on another laptop.

How can I get my USB-C port to work?

The specs of your machine is

          https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06452724

It only has  1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate) port which is not compatible with your USB-C hub.

Regards.
