Unable to connect hp spectre 500. logitech M585 blutooth mice to hp spectre laptop x360 running windows 10 (64b) operating system that has been regularly updated.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue

  1. Click the "Start" button and click "Control Panel" in the menu that appears. Click "View Devices and Printers" link located under the "Hardware and Sound" label.
  2. Power up the Bluetooth mouse and press the "Connect" button on the mouse. Click the "Add a Device" link at the top of the "Devices and Printers" window.

I have done all this. The system recognizes the Bluetooth mouse but doesn't pair. The message displayed is unable to connect, please try later.
