HP Recommended

Quite frequently, for no apparent reason I am unable to access microsoft or HP even though checking the connection shows a valid connection, I am able to access other things such as gmail, amazon, You tube and others! Doing a network reset seems to clear the problem but is a nuisance to keep having to do it! 

I use Norton and wonder whether that may be a problem but don't really have any evidence to support this.
