Product: HP 17-bs051od
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to connect this laptop to my Samsung QLED TV.  The tv recognizes the laptop but the laptop can't find the TV.  Samsung suggested that maybe I need a driver update but not sure which driver to update.

How do you connect your devices now ? Using your home network or something else ? I don't think your machine supports Miracast, its specs

But TV can see it that means they should be able to connect one way or another. What is your TV ? Please check its manual.
