Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I have an issue that I hope anyone has seen before and knows of a fix. My laptop is unable to connect to any wireless network that requires accessing a web page in order to complete the connection, like that in some places such as hotels and airports. Windows 11 gives up immediately with a "Can't connect to network" message. I do not think there is a problem with drivers as the laptop will connect without any problems to wireless networks that are completely open or need a password to connect, both at home and other places.

Hi, @Carnotaurus did you recently upgrade to Windows 11? I think I experienced the same thing with Windows 11 when I upgraded it and I had to roll back to Windows 10 afterward. Windows 11 has some software issues at the moment so it is best to wait before upgrading.

I am not sure if you recently upgraded to Windows 11 by the way so it could be another issue that may be causing the challenge.

The laptop came with Windows 11 from the factory so no upgrade was made and a rollback is not possible.
