Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Unable to connect wifi on laptop tried uninstalling the driver & reinstalling. Checked wifi mode on laptop, also powered off the router & restarted it, manually tried installing the wifi on network it shows all other available wifi except mine. Again tried reinstalling the network but there is message network already exists but i am unable to see the name. Also tried recovery manager but still the same. Please assist.
