After moving to a new house and wifi router, I was unable to change the network settings due to a message that it could not be changed due to the fact the the person who set up the printer locked this feature. I did a hard reset to return it to factory settings. Now I can't get past a message that says: "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant ink" and I cannot get off that message page.  I am enrolled in the HP instant ink program but because of the hard reset the printer doesn't know that.  How to fix it?
