On my Laptop in File Explorer:  Network, below mine is an unrecognized icon with the name "Thunder". Not able to access it.

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

 

I see you are experiencing File Explorer issues with the HP 2000-2d27CL Notebook PC.

 

Follow the instructions below to identify and remove any unknown devices connected to your network using Home Network Security.

  1. Open the Home Network Security app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Devices, select the unknown device.
  4. Deselect “Allow Home Network Access”

If you're wondering how you'd even know if an 'unknown' device is connecting to your Wi-Fi, the answer lies in your internet router or whichever device provides you with Wi-Fi. In most cases that is your broadband router, but it could also be a mesh Wi-Fi system, a Wi-Fi extender or booster.
