My internet connection is unstable especially during meetings (Zoom) After 20-30 min the wired connection drops down.

I’ve tested the connection with other devices with no issues.

Hi@murtezisami90, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

Check for the BIOS update?

Check for the windows update?

Check if the WIFI is dropping ?

Check if the connectors damage or swap the end cable?

I would suggest you refer to the support documents as this will help you in resolving the issue.

Let's start off by updating the Bios, Chipset, and graphics card drivers on your PC from our HP support website, using this link.

Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

Refer to this link to know how to use HP support assistant.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi@Hughes3284,

We have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to be checked by taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.

Have a great day!
