Product: HP Notebook - 15-g227wm (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Chrome OS
I converted my old HP 15-g227wm Notebook PC laptop to ChromeOS Flex as it is faster overall than my wife's existing Chromebook. However, the bottleneck is it's wifi card (WN6607AH-H1), a WiFi4 adapter.
Tried the route of external WiFi6 usb adapters, but those didn't get recognized by ChromeOS (including the one I got from Amazon that was reported to work on ChromeOS).
So I took laptop apart and am ready to replace the WN6607AH-H1. Will any mini-pci half card work, or is there some specific card I need for this laptop?
