Wnat to upgrade my wireless card to a dual band card for speed. Factory card is Intel Centrino N-2230. Need card that will be compatible with my machine.

You should have no problem upgrading to this dual band AC wifi card...
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 HP Part #710661-001
The card is readily available on Amazon or eBay.
Do your search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
Here is the link to the service manual. The wifi card R & R procedure can be found in chapter 5.

I can't find HP Envy TS M-j010 dx. Is it an HP ENVY TouchSmart m7-j010dx machine ? Its specs

It was built around 2013 therefore due to the whitelist the chance to upgrade wifi card to a new dual band card is very slim to none. Option
