Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum, so I hope that I've found the right path of the forum for my problem.

I've an Aero 13 be0010nl and I'm facing problems with the Realtek wifi card RTL8852AE (frequent disconnection and slow wifi). I wonder if it is possible to upgrade the card (maybe with an Intel ax210) and if anyone has ever tried with this configuration to change the wifi card.

Could someone give me some tips regarding how to fix my problems?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Ivan

Just a quick update, for everyone interested in this topic.

I bought the AX210, and it works fine. There is no incompatibility between this card and the Ryzen 7 5800u.

I hope that the Intel card will solve my issues with wifi.

Anyway, many thanks for the help!

Hi, Ivan:

It is unlikely that the AX210 will work in your notebook since it has an AMD processor.

Chapter 3 of the service manual indicates that only Realtek cards were offered in the model series:

Maintenance and Service Guide

I have an older HP notebook from 2020 that has an AMD Ryzen 5 4500U processor, and HP installed this model Intel card in my notebook:

Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 802.11ax 2 × 2 + Bluetooth 5 (non-vPro)   HP part # L35282-005

Whether or not it will work in your notebook, that I do not know.

Have you installed the latest driver for the RTL8852AE?

This is the latest one:

6001.10.356.2   07/12/2024 (US date order) July 12th

I've tried several driver updates, and I'll try again with the one you suggested.

Anyway, my experience with Realtek cards is awful, and I'll try to change to an Intel card.

Thanks for your help.

I'll keep you updated.

That's great news.

Glad I was wrong, and thanks for letting us know.

If someone else has the 13-be0xx model series and wants to upgrade, I can now recommend the Intel AX210 non-vPro card.
