Product: Pavilion X360 Convertible 7UT48UA#ABA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop boots to Repair. Tried to do a  Restore Point but been using a PIN and forgot microsoft account password. Reset password at using another computer.  Entering password results in password is incorrect. Believe laptop cannot access network to verify new password. Don't know of any way to connect built-in wifi in RE. Tried Belkin F4U047 and iHome USB-Ethernet adapters but doesn't appear that laptop is connecting to Ethernet (possibly needs drivers).

 

Is there a way in RE or BIOS to either connect to wifi using built-in adapter or to Ethernet using a external dongle adapter?
