You have a new laptop, 7X6P2UA#ABA, and it still has HP cloud factory recovery.

HP is removing cloud recovery for many systems over 5 years old.
You may want to go here and get a copy of your cloud recovery before it is too late.

The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers for Windows 11, 23h2 are all here

Select 11 23h2 and click Open all to find them.  Possibly they will work for 11 24H2
