@HEYMAA, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

  1. Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
  2. Expand Network adapters and check if a wireless adapter (e.g., Realtek, Intel Wi-Fi) is listed.
  3. If it's missing or has a yellow warning icon, right-click on Network adapters and choose Scan for hardware changes.
  4. If still missing, go to another device with internet access and visit:
Official HP® Drivers and Software Download | HP® Support
  5. Enter your model: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 14-dv1000 (464V0AV) and select Windows 11 as your OS.
  6. Download the latest Realtek or Intel Wireless LAN Driver.
  7. Transfer the file to your laptop using a USB drive.
  8. Run the installer and restart the laptop.
  9. After reboot, press Win + I > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi to check if Wi-Fi is now available.
  10. If still not found, press F12 or the function key with the Wi-Fi symbol to toggle wireless on.
  11. Also check BIOS settings by pressing F10 at startup and ensure wireless LAN is enabled under Advanced > Built-in Device Options.
  12. If Wi-Fi is still missing, run HP Hardware Diagnostics UEFI (press F2 at startup) and test the wireless module.
  13. If diagnostics fail to detect the Wi-Fi card, the wireless adapter may be loose or faulty and needs servicing.

Also, refer to this guide: HP PCs - Troubleshooting Wireless Network and Internet (Windows 10) | HP® Support

I hope this helps.
